Drawer Transition

Dipping my toes into After Effects and learning how difficult animating natural motion is. If anyone knows of some good resources on this topic, I would love to hear!

The content for the UI comes from a recent redesign challenge the ChaiOne design team did of the Olympics app. Despite my wishes to be a good little designer and not hide content in a hamburger menu, my favorite idea to come out of the challenge was this seamless drawer concept.
