Innovation Designer Capability Map
Our product design team at Loblaw Digital recently completed our own Innovation Designer Capability maps. To see how we shape up in terms of capabilities and experiences. I took all of our results and visualized them together to show the shape of our team. From here we can use the map to see which areas we would like to improve upon and target learning to help become better designers and learn new skills.
