Happy Heart

Intentional and consistent giving of our time and money is a fast and powerful way to achieve true happiness, human's are built to give.

Giving isn't just about helping out someone who has less than us. Sure, we are all in this together and there are needs that need met. But for me giving is also a powerful ingredient in the recipe for happiness. Not only does giving make your heart happy in the moment, giving you those warm fuzzies, but the more you give over time the more fulfilled your life will become.
