Learning Management System - content layout tool

This is a javascript-based tool I designed and built for USC's learning management system.

I designed a hold+select+release functionality for placing pre-made HTML learning artefacts into a layout. You'll notice I created an animated delay on the click to educate users that you click and hold to open the menu.
