Heritage Shoebox Update

We've had our shoe boxes since the 90's and they haven't really been updated, except in 2013 and the copyright in the boxes is outdated. While seeing that, it took the change to update the branding elements on it and noticed something that I can't find answers for. Do I include the ® symbol, if I do, how does it scale? How do you define the rules for the symbol in it's various sizes. I've made the smallest size, but how do you make a medium and large size so it doesn't look wonky.
