Great ideas aren't so great when users don't understand them. Every month at WorldRemit the Design team gets together to show users, both current and potential what we've been making. It helps us get critical usability feedback, but also an opportunity to flight new concepts and reactions to early ideas. Sometimes you might think that you haven't got anything useful or relevant to show, but trust me it's almost always worth getting an actual users reaction.

We've done a combination of in-house interviews and remote sessions.
