This vector illo took a lil’ longer than I initially estimated but it was well worth the process! I’ll probably keep it real minimal for the next piece. Gotta keep my other techniques sharp.

Did you know Mars Attacks! was originally intended to be a stop-motion animation?? How rad would that have been?! The desired budget for Tim Burton’s production was slashed by Warner Brothers from $100 million down to $75 million. As result, Burton had to settle with CGI Martians created by Industrial Light & Magic.
