How Contractors Prefer to Submit Daily Reports
When I first joined C2Group as their UX Consultant, they showed me their Connekt2 app they'd spent 4 days developing.
The problem was no contractor wanted to use it. I prescribed using a design sprint to get to the bottom of why.
This is the resulting prototype after two weeks of design sprints, using Guerrilla Testing to understand how contractors desired to interact with the app out in the field.
This mobile first progressive web app saved contractors tons of time and headache, decreasing the amount of time it took to for a contractor to strategize with an engineer from 7 days to instantaneous.
