Layer controls (live!)

Visibility controls and a labelled toggle that adjusts it's label styling to the toggle state. I ended up switching the position of the switch affordance in production, because the "on" state on the left just didn't feel right at all.

All of the icons have hover states, and were designed in-house!

Our CTO built out the maps update, then I went in and sprinkled some interaction design magic and refactoring with a couple PRs. :-)
