Photo Upload

Just re-visited the photo upload process. Here's the skinny [updated]:

First you see the initial view and can choose to take a picture. Or if you select photos, the UI does a switch-a-roo so you can either upload them immediately, or continue to add effects, collages, or whatever other things people do with their pics.

So, what do ya' think?
