Volkswagen Garmin Maps 'n' More Redesign

Something different I worked on other than designs for smartphones and monitor screens.

A personal project I didn't get around until finishing until now. This is an animated UI redesign of the Garmin Maps 'n' more device for the Volkswagen UP!.

The design felt slightly outdated and uninspiring and could be better at making the experience with the car a more interesting experience. I reworked the styling of the Home/main nav UI and the splash screen animation, then compositing it into the Garmin device itself. I think this brings a refreshed look and feel.

I'll be posting more of my UX/UI Work soon as I'm in the process of redoing my portfolio.
