How dystopian computer games happens to create, develop games that are non-political, and still nail references to current situations, or future. How they don't like or intend according to them create political games. How it just happens to become reference because the world just happens to be a certain way. It's hard to make games without references. It's hard to not feel that a specific person is present without being present. Make another story and another person or organisation becomes the reference to the audience.
