Lofton Label & Packaging was experiencing an increase in bounce rate as well as a downward trend in conversions after their initial website launch. After being presented with the problem I got involved as the CX/Design Strategists and redesigned the homepage and a handful of other pages that I saw issues on with the intention of increasing conversions and users' time on page.
