Dribbble pals, it's been forever since I've posted. Since moving from Eyekiller to TheAppBuilder I've been busy designing our product - an employee communications platform called Thrive. (We've only recently rebranded the product to Thrive, but more on that later).

The platform consists of a mobile app and web app employees can use to read the latest company updates, reference important information, find their contact colleagues, share ideas back into the company and contribute to a positive working culture by recognising their peers via the app. The platform also has a content management system for organisations' app admins to manage their apps' content and users.

Earlier in the year I redesigned the mobile app experience using the insights collected over the last couple of years from our clients, prospects and of course, Google Analytics.

These are some of the new screens! The main content in accessed in the home area, where users can swipe left and right to access the different lists of content created by the app admins. They'll also be able to catch up with important company news, popular posts and anything else the organisation wants to bring attention to via the Highlights feed. The notification centre and profile areas have been updated too.

It's been super fun working on these and being able to get prototype feedback during usability testing sessions and client interviews. The new UI is currently in development, I can't wait to see it come to life!
