Here is our internal product that helps us through thick and thin. Please, meet - Staff Fusion Team!
Having registered, the employees get opportunities depending on their role. In this way, interns get access to the training program and can go through it step by step without overcontrolling. Besides, Team leaders and Managers at any time can get an update and help if required.
Project Managers and Sales can easily move to the CRM system (we discussed it in the previous post), and the ability to automatically create typical docs helps to provide the necessary information to our customers without delay.
Each team member can apply for sick leave, time off or vacation simply by going to the desired section of the application.
Special attention should be paid to the design of the Staff Fusion Team. The color scheme of the application is taken from the corporate website. The bright purple color is the main accent and is used for active elements, while the app is mostly decorated in shades of gray.
The icons have a minimalistic design that makes it easy to identify them. With rounded corners, it doesn't look too rough.
Since the creation of the platform and its introduction into operation, we have added more and more features to make it as comfortable as possible and meet all the requirements of each team member.
Every week, we publish training materials related to the specifics of our work to help employees get up-to-date information.
One of the latest features that we have implemented in the personnel platform is the PWA functionality for ease of use with mobile devices. With the transition to PWA, it became possible to receive notifications about previously submitted applications.
