Lead UX/UI Designer

Work location: LATAM📍 (Remote)

Contract type: Full-time as independent Contractor ✅

Important⚠️ :  You need to be fluent in English👅  (B2+)

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

• Define design processes, methodologies, and workflows to optimize team efficiency.

• Guide and collaborate with team members in creating user-centric and visually compelling designs.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the UX/UI design team.

• Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for team members.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.

• Use modeling tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.

Qualifications: 

• 4+ years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer.

• 2+ years of experience working as Lead UX/UI or in a similar role.

• Experience with website designs, ads, email campaigns, and others.

• Experience with responsive designs in web and mobile applications.

• Work under design thinking methodology.

• Experience with user research and performing A/B testing.

• Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite or WordPress.

• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

• Ability to simplify complex requirements into optimal designs.
