Biography
At the moment I am solving start-ups' and already established digital products' problems in terms of User Experience & User Interface Design. I make sure that your product is not running out of customers because of bad decisions taken into the design process and I also make sure that your product is scalable. How I do this? Workshops, research, and design. These would be the broad terms because there is not enough time to get into details.
Right now I call myself a Digital Product Designer & UX Consultant and even if in the past I could tell you my process right now I can't anymore. Time and experience have shown me that no project is the same. Any product involves a mix of different activities and methods to discover, design, and solve a problem.
