We’re Emplifi’s Product Design Team, a strong unit made up of diverse skillsets including UX, motion design, illustration, writing, and visual design.

The origins of the team go back to 2012 when we were just a tiny start-up. More than a decade later, our team includes almost 30 designers from various professional and personal backgrounds. Together, we're now building Emplifi CX Cloud, a customer experience platform used by 7,000+ global brands.
