Our Melrose showroom and new Studio LF host a workspace for our small team that offers spaces for discovery. All creative team members from product to graphic design come together to explore a distinct expression of our brand in an open and collaborative workspace.

Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager with a strong background in graphic design and typography to lead the visual and written expression of Lawson-Fenning.

This is an especially exciting time to join the studio as we continue a full rebrand and introduce new creative direction, product collections, and digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Lawson-Fenning is seen and experienced across every touchpoint.

This role is ideal for a creative who lives at the intersection of design and storytelling. You will concept and execute campaigns, design print and digital materials, manage our social presence, and bring the brand to life through imagery, words, and thoughtful design.

We’re looking for someone who approaches marketing as a design discipline, who is curious, conceptual, and detail oriented. Someone who is self motivated and can create work that feels artful, intelligent, and true to the spirit of the studio.

Core Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Manage and publish daily content for the Lawson-Fenning Instagram grid, Monday through Friday

  • Curate and produce Reels, “Latest at LF” videos, and seasonal campaign content

  • Concept and design with Creative Director new print pieces and marketing materials

  • Oversee engagement by responding to comments and messages, interacting with tagged photos and peer accounts, and maintaining an authentic brand voice

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to reach new clients and grow the community

  • Manage paid social campaigns tied to product launches and collection releases

  • Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics

Pinterest

  • Manage engagement through comments and repins

  • Reorganize and refine boards into categories such as Outdoor, Living, and Dining

  • Design and upload branded pins featuring the Lawson-Fenning logo and collection imagery

  • Oversee advertising for product and collection launches

  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports

Email Marketing

  • Design and distribute weekly digital mailers in Figma and Omnisend

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director on concepts and layouts, obtain approvals, and schedule campaigns

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform future strategies

Print & Physical Marketing

  • Design and update branded materials including postcards, maker cards, business cards, showroom tags, and finish tear sheets

  • Oversee production of printed pieces such as holiday cards, branded tabloids, and collection booklets

Press & Partnerships

  • Track and archive press features across digital and print publications

  • Gather and organize assets from PR representatives and media outlets for brand archives and storytelling use

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (required)

  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, and composition with a refined design sensibility

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in design-driven marketing or creative studio environments

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma

  • Experience with Omnisend or similar email marketing tools

  • Solid understanding of social platforms, analytics, and paid media strategy

  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a sensitivity to tone and brand language

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • A genuine interest in furniture, interiors, and the creative culture that surrounds them
