James Hsu is the Director of Product Design at FabFitFun in Los Angeles. He thinks an alarmingly large time about the overlap between design, community, the greater good, and self-improvement. He’s 1 of 500 in the world with an NN/g UX Master Certification (cir. 2021) and his work focuses on product, growth, and visual design.
