Design Cofounder

I'm a product and growth guy with extensive marketplace experience, and my cofounder is a talented full-stack engineer with deep crypto experience. We come from companies like Yelp and Coinbase. We're founding a design-led startup that changes how creatives make money online, and we're looking for an exceptional and versatile design co-founder who is excited to explore and build something new.

A little about me: I've built & led product teams at four consumer companies over the last decade. At Creative Market, my team grew users by 2077% before we were acquired. I've built 0-1 products at scale (e.g., Yelp, where Neaby Jobs reached $16M ARR in less than a year) & raised a $335K seed round from NFX & 500 startups in 2015. Most recently, I was VP of Product at Shutterstock, responsible for a $500M P&L, and led a product org with over 150 extended people. I believe software should be beautiful, lightweight, and fun. Using them should make you feel something. Good products are user-centric, but their founders have an opinion about the world they want to create. I'm even-keeled, but work is deeply emotional, & I put tremendous value in the people I work alongside. I'm analytical, but I believe bringing something new into the world is art.
