Lead UX/UI Designer at Funded AI Startup

We're looking for a full-time Lead UX/UI Designer for our stealth AI startup. We are well-funded and are offering competitive six figure pay for a senior designer who can work in a fast-paced environment alongside our team of engineers, and own the responsibility of the user experience and visual aspects of our product. We are a fully distributed team across several time zones, and have a culture of innovation, compassion, and excellence.

This is a position that is fully remote and requires strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be asked to not only lead our team's product design efforts, but also hire and manage a team of designers as we grow and scale.

You will be working with a team of world-class engineers and founders, most of whom have previously co-founded companies that have scaled to millions of users, raised venture capital, and built cutting-edge technologies across social, web3, and other industries.
