Strategic Designer Wanted - REMOTE
Our company, The Mode, is a premium, strategic design company. We work with clients in the US and other locations to help very strategically and methodically design brands, websites, and presentations while also consulting them on sales/marketing strategy. We've fortunately earned a very strong reputation in the market that we're very proud of.
Key Qualifications:
Strong personal portfolio of design (please share links when applying)
Proficiency in design software such as MS Powerpoint, Figma, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Desire and history of staying on top of (and even ahead of) innovation; we want creative people who disrupt and think dynamically
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and remain reliable and responsive
A strong commitment to providing excellent client service
Key Responsibilities:
Design presentations, logos, and other graphic materials for various projects, working with our Chief Design Officer
Collaborate with team members to ensure the design aligns with project goals and brand guidelines
Present design concepts to our team for feedback and approval
Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques
Utilize thoughtful, methodical, deliberate processes toward design and creativity (not just random design)
Always be thoughtful about how we can improve our processes, workflows, etc
