At previous jobs, I improved my communication skills. I know how to handle different types of customers, how to deal with them to make sure that both side are satisfied in the end, thanks to relationship sales. I understood that the Custom Experience is an important part of any good company and a success for growth brands. I learned how retail works. The big plus is that I understood a different view of customers and a different country in the advertising industry, thanks to working in Slovak and also Czech retail.
